2. Class Materials

2.1. All class materials will be provided by the instructor and are included in the class fee.

2.2. Materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

3. Class Attendance

3.1. Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

3.2. Classes will take place at the location specified at the time of registration. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

4.1. In-person classes cannot be rescheduled by participants once registration is confirmed.

4.2. If a class is canceled by the instructor, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the class is canceled by the instructor.

5.2. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the instructor.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during all interactions.

6.2. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant from the class for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

7. Liability

7.1. The instructor and their business are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during or as a result of participation in the class.

7.2. Participation in the class is at the participant’s own risk, and the instructor shall not be held liable for any outcomes or results from the application of the skills taught.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials, course content, and any recordings provided by the instructor are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the instructor.

8.2. Participants may not use the content for commercial purposes or share it without prior written consent.

9. Agreement

By registering for this class, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
