1.2. Payment of the full class fee is required at the time of registration to confirm enrollment.

1.3. Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 5.

2. Class Materials

2.1. All class materials will be provided by the instructor and are included in the class fee.

2.2. Materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

3. Class Access and Attendance

3.1. Classes will be conducted virtually via a designated platform. Access details will be shared via email upon successful registration and payment.

3.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (internet connection, device, software) to attend the class.

3.3. No recordings of the class are permitted by participants unless authorized by the instructor.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

4.1. If a class is canceled or rescheduled by the instructor, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4.2. Participants who are unable to attend their registered session may request to transfer to another class date, subject to availability and approval by the instructor.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the class is canceled by the instructor.

5.2. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the instructor.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during all interactions.

6.2. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant from the class for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

7. Liability

7.1. The instructor and their business are not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or loss of access on the participant's end.

7.2. Participation in the class is at the participant’s own risk, and the instructor shall not be held liable for any outcomes or results from the application of the skills taught.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials, course content, and recordings provided by the instructor are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the instructor.

8.2. Participants may not use the content for commercial purposes or share it without prior written consent.
